Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. At Polarex, we strive to make the return process as simple as possible.
Register a return
Would you like to return or exchange a product? Simply register your return via our online return portal.
Enter your order number and email address, select the product you wish to return, and follow the instructions.
Return policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return your product. Within this period, you must both register the return via our return portal and ship it.
The following return conditions apply to all products:

The product must be returned in new, unused condition and be in perfect shape.

All original accessories, labels, and protective materials must be included.

The original return label must remain attached, if one was provided with the product. This label helps us verify that the product is unused.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights naturally remain applicable.
Return costs
When opting for a refund, the direct costs for returning the item are for your own account.
Via our return portal, you can view the available carriers and corresponding shipping costs. You will then receive instructions on how to send your package back.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the condition of the product.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of your notification of withdrawal using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof of return.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange a product for a different size? We offer free exchanges.
Register your exchange via our return portal and follow the instructions. For exchanges to a different size, we will cover the return and shipping costs.

Important: always register your return via our return portal first. This allows us to correctly register and process your return shipment.
Statutory right of withdrawal
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains fully applicable. During the legal cooling-off period, you may assess a product as you would in a physical store. If a product has been used more than necessary for this purpose, a depreciation fee may be charged. Removing a return label does not automatically result in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.
