Delivery & Shipping
At Polarex, we believe you shouldn't have to wait long for your order. That is why all orders are carefully processed and shipped from our Dutch warehouse.
Order processing
Orders placed on business days before 22:59 (CET) are processed and shipped on the same business day. For orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, this generally means delivery on the next business day.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code, so you can easily follow your package.
Although we do everything in our power to meet the stated delivery times, in exceptional cases they may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays with the carrier.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders over €70 within Europe.
- For orders under €70, the shipping costs are €6.95.
The shipping costs are always clearly displayed during checkout, so you will never face any surprises.

* For orders to Norway and the United Kingdom, import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees may apply. Any such costs are charged by local customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code. You can use this to check the status of your order at any time.
