At Polarex, we believe you shouldn't have to wait long for your order. That is why all orders are carefully processed and shipped from our Dutch warehouse.
Order processing
Orders placed on working days before 10:59 PM (CET) will be processed and shipped on the same working day. For orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, this generally means delivery on the next working day.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code, so you can easily track your package.
Although we do everything in our power to meet the stated delivery times, in exceptional cases these may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays at the carrier.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders over €70 within Europe.
- For orders under €70, the shipping costs are €6.95.
Shipping costs are always clearly displayed during checkout, so you are never faced with any surprises.

* For orders to Norway and the United Kingdom, import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees may apply. Any such charges are levied by local customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track the status of your order at any time.
